CRI ORGANOGRAM

CRI is a three tier organization made up of:

Board Members

CRI is managed by a professional board of 5 members, which provides strategic leadership and guidance on all CRI projects and activities. The board is supported in day-to-day operations, including implementation of projects by a secretariat led by Program Coordinator based in Nairobi.

Associates

Secretariat

For consultancy services, CRI has a group of 17 technical associates in different fields who are called upon to lead or support specific assignments.

CRI has a lean secretariat based at the headquaters led by the program assitant.
